New video

Hello Parents;

It has been quite a while since I last posted any updates, I apologize for this. Fridays are always exciting days at Brant as it usually means family day where students get to participate in activities with their school families. We had an extra bonus today as a kindergarten students joined us for the first time. It was special having the future leaders of Brant with us. It was also twins day. Thank you to all students who participated. There were some interesting outfits.

At the end of the day our students got to view the new Brant Christian School promotional video. This will be used in the upcoming months as we plan special meetings to introduce more parents to who we are and what a unique educational opportunity we can offer. We will upload this video on our website next week.

Our skating rink is now up and waiting for water. If you haul water or know of anyone who does we would appreciate your help in filling our rink. We start adding water on Tuesday. The Blackie Fire Department will be running training activities here on Tuesday evening and we get the benefit of the water that they use. Our rink is large and requires a lot of water, any help would be appreciated

This coming Wednesday and Thursday are Parent/Teacher interview times at the school. I look forward to meeting you and sharing what I have observed about your children. If you have not booked an appointment yet please contact Cathy at school.

We will be loosing 3 of our board members at the end of this year. All 3 have been very faithful to Brant and have given freely of themselves. It is time for some faces to join our school board. If you would like to nominate someone or if you would like to step forward yourself please contact our board chairman, Mark Radvan at mcradvan@shaw.ca Please keep in mind that if you're not nominating someone, chances are someone is going to nominate you!! Serving on the board is a very rewarding experience. You get to help set the direction of the school which in turn creates an amazing mission field.
